Biography:
Cordelia von den Steinen is a Swiss artist born in Basilea in 1941. She studied at the Brera Academy in Milan and received a scholarship from the Museum of Art in Basilea and the Swiss Federal Art Prize to study in Rome. She then moved to Versilia and later to Paris. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany, and other countries. She has created numerous public works, including sculptures, in various cities in Italy and Switzerland. She is a member of the Accademia di San Luca in Rome and the Künstlersonderbund Deutschland. She currently lives and works in Italy.
