Diana Al-Hadid is a Syrian-born American contemporary artist who creates sculptures, installations, and drawings using various media. She was born in Aleppo, Syria in 1981 and currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She is represented by Kasmin Gallery. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the United States and internationally. Al-Hadid's art is influenced by her background in architecture and her interest in the relationship between form and space. She is known for her experimental approach to materials and techniques, often combining traditional techniques with unconventional materials to create complex, layered works that challenge the boundaries of sculpture and drawing.
