Biography:
Dragan Arrigler is a Slovene photographer and photojournalist. He was born on September 27, 1946 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Arrigler has worked as a freelance photographer for various newspapers and magazines, including Delo, Mladina, and OHO magazine. He is also known for his work with the Josip Pelikan Photographic Studio, where he documented important events in Slovene history through photography. In addition to his photographic work, Arrigler has been involved in various cultural projects and exhibitions. He was a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI) and participated in several international design competitions. His photographs have also been featured in numerous books and publications on Slovene culture. Arrigler's photography style is characterized by his ability to capture candid moments and emotions, often with an emphasis on social issues and human rights. He has received several awards for his work, including the Prešeren Fund Award in 2014.
