Elena Vladimirovna Ageeva was a Soviet and Russian singer, actress, and television presenter. She was born on 11 April 1942 in Moscow, Russia. Ageeva was a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of Culture. She began her singing career in the early 1960s, performing in various ensembles and bands. In 1965, she became a solo artist and released her first album, 'Elena Ageeva'. Ageeva was known for her powerful and expressive voice, as well as her dynamic stage presence. She sang in various genres, including pop, rock, and jazz. Ageeva also appeared in several films and television shows, including 'The Adventures of Krosh' (1969), 'The Adventures of the Yellow Suitcase' (1970), and 'The Song of the Lonely Glade' (1971). She was also a presenter on the popular Soviet television show 'Pesnya goda' (Song of the Year). Ageeva died on 11 May 2002 in Moscow, Russia.
