Emanuel De Sousa, also known as Emanuel Pedro Albino de Sousa, was born in Funchal, Portugal in 1998. He is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a right-back for Romanian Liga II club Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț. De Sousa made his professional debut with Olhanense in a 2015-16 Segunda Liga match against Leixões. He signed with União de Leiria until the end of the season, with an option to extend in December 2022. In July 2023, De Sousa signed for Romania's Liga II side Ceahlaul. He has won the Liga 3 with Leiria in the 2022-23 season. De Sousa is also known for his time with C.S. Marítimo MH M, where he played for 38 consecutive years in the top-flight Primeira Liga, from 1985 to 2023. He has achieved nine appearances in the UEFA Cup/Europa League and finished third in the Europa League group stage during the 2012-13 season.
