Filomena Maria Coelho Guerra da Fonseca is a Portuguese artist and biologist. She completed her Biology degree in 1987 at the Universidade de Lisboa, Faculty of Sciences. Filomena Fonseca is an Assistant Professor at the University of Algarve, Faro (UALG) with over 80 publications to her name.
