Florian Lettl is a German artist born in Augsburg in 1957. He is the son of Wolfgang Lettl, a surrealist painter who was also born in Augsburg. Florian Lettl is known for his surreal paintings and imaginative inventions, which invite viewers to immerse themselves in a world in which reality is questioned and new realities are created. He collaborated intensively with his father in the last ten years of his life, resulting in the creation of over 100 works. Florian Lettl is also the founder and director of the Lettl Museum of Surreal Art in Augsburg, which houses a large collection of his father's works as well as his own. The museum is a hidden gem in the center of Augsburg, filled with light, beauty, stories, and history. Mr. Florian Lettl, son of the artist and a sculptor/artist himself, warmly welcomes visitors.
