Francisca Carvalho is a Portuguese artist born in Coimbra in 1981. She graduated from the Advanced Course in Visual Arts at Ar.Co and holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Lisbon. Her work explores themes such as memory, identity, and the relationship between art and reality through various mediums including painting, drawing, installation, and video. Carvalho has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally, with notable shows at Lehmann + Silva Gallery, Outono Projects, Atelier Concorde, and Behance.
