Franklin Theodore Bingaman, also known as Frank E. Bingaman, was born on May 29, 1922, in Greencastle, Franklin, Pennsylvania, USA. He died in 2007. He was a photographer for the Pittsburgh Sun-Telegraph and the Pittsburgh Photographic Library, and his works include photos from the early 1900’s. He is best known for his portrait of Anna Howard Shaw, Suffragist, with Mrs. J.O. Miller and his photo of Honus Wagner, 1910.
