Biography:
Franz Bernhard Schiller, also known as Franz Bernhard Schuller, was a German sculptor born in Ostritz, Germany in 1815 and died in Hamburg, Germany in 1857. He was a pupil of the sculptor Gareis and later of Schwanthaler. He is known for his sculpture work and is part of the Musée d'Orsay's sculpture section in their documentation department. Some of his works can be found in the Louvre's sculpture department.
