Friedrich Hahn was born in 1952 in Niederösterreich, Austria. He is a writer and artist, known for his works in literature and visual arts. He has been active since 1968 and currently resides in Vienna. Hahn has received several awards for his work, including the Emil Fischer Medal in 1919, Cannizzaro Prize in 1939, Copernicus Prize in 1941, and the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1944. He is known for his contributions to the fields of radiochemistry and nuclear chemistry, and his discovery of radioactive elements between 1905 and 1921, including radiothorium, radioactinium, mesothorium, ionium, and thorium C.
