Biography:

Giovanni Prini was an Italian sculptor born in Rome in 1877. He is known for his work on the façade of the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in Rome, where he created friezes and four figures of Fame holding bronze wreaths. He also worked on the Arco della Vittoria in Genoa, Italy. His work is displayed in the Galleria Nazionale, which has the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in Italy.
