Biography:

Gloria Santacruz is a Spanish textile artist, engraver, and sculptor. Her works have been exhibited nationally and internationally in countries such as Mexico, Portugal, Finland, Canada, etc. She was born in 1967 in Consuegra, Toledo, Spain. Gloria has a Doctor of Fine Arts degree specialized in sculpture from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has received several awards for her work, including the First Prize Virgen de las Viñas de Escultura and the Amalia Avia Award. Gloria is currently a professor at the Department of Sculpture and Artistic Formation at the Complutense University of Madrid.
