Goran Petercol is a Croatian artist born on March 21, 1949 in Pula, Croatia. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1975 and has been exhibiting his works since then. His art focuses on processualism, scopes, stylization, and subversion of the purity of conceptual structures. Petercol's work is influenced by modern Croatian art movements such as the Munich Circle and the Medulić Society. He currently lives and works in Rijeka and Rovinj, Croatia.
