Gustloff Werke Waffenwerk Suhl, also known as Wilhelm-Gustloff-Stiftung, was a Nazi German company founded by Fritz Sauckel in 1938. It was originally the 'nouvelle' denomination of the famous Simson company, founded in 1856 by the two Jewish brothers Löb and Moses Simson. Gustloff Werke was involved in the production of weapons for the German arms industry during World War II, including the Gustloff-Werke II in Buchenwald concentration camp, where inmates were forced to work. The company was disbanded in 1945 after the fall of Nazi Germany.
