Biography:

Cosima Hanebeck is a German photographer born in 1976 in Mannheim. She studied photography at the Hochschule für Künste Bremen from 1999 to 2007, and has been a freelance photographer since then. In 2017, she became a lecturer in photography at the same institution. Hanebeck's work has been exhibited in various venues, including the Künstlerhaus Bremen. She is known for her series 'One', which features group portraits of families from Bremen, Hannover, and other cities. Hanebeck's work often explores power structures, self-representation, and social constructs.
