Biography:
Hans Dieter Tylle is a German visual artist born on March 24, 1954 in Bayreuth. He studied fine art at the Kassel Art College from 1975 to 1980 and perfected his skills in plein air painting during several weeks of trips to France, Spain, Italy and Scotland. His artistic focus is on realistic paintings from the world of work and landscapes. He records the situation in industrial plants in small-format oil studies and then carries out large-format oil paintings in the studio, in which workers are often models for him. In 1982 he won first prize in the competition 'The world of work in the visual arts' in Karlsruhe.
