IVAYLO NIKOLAEV MIRCHEV is a Bulgarian politician and IT entrepreneur, born in Dobrich on May 6, 1980. He graduated from the University of Economics in Svishtov with a degree in Marketing and later obtained a master's degree in Finance from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Mirchev has been involved in the IT industry since 2010 and has his own blog on the subject. In 2014, he founded Pro Smart System, a company that develops IoT solutions for energy management in homes. Mirchev is a member of the National Council of the political party 'Yes, Bulgaria' and has been a member of the Bulgarian National Assembly since the XLV National Assembly. He is currently serving as a member of the National Assembly in the XLIX National Assembly and is the chairman of the Permanent Commission on Digitalization, Electronic Governance and Information Technologies in the XLVI National Assembly.
