Biography:

Javier Chavira is a visual artist born in 1971 in Chicago, United States. He is known for his work that straddles the line between realism and abstraction, often incorporating technical rigor and academic techniques. He has exhibited his work in numerous key galleries and museums, including the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago. Chavira's work has also been featured in the Chicago Art Faculty Exhibition and the exhibition 'Hard’To’Believe:’Visual’Illusions’of’Reality' at Bridgeport Art Center. He has also been interviewed for the Art NXT Level Journal.
