Biography:

Johannes Karcher is a German entrepreneur and lawyer. He is the Coordinator of the Legal Working Group of the Preparatory Committee for the Unified Patent Court and deputy Chairman of the Committee on Patent Law of the European Patent Organisation. He is also the President and Global Sales of FrigorTec LP. Karcher is the son and heir of Alfred Kärcher, the founder of the Kärcher company, a leading manufacturer of cleaning equipment. He has been involved in various business and legal activities throughout his career, including working for the Brazilian subsidiary of Kärcher and serving as a member of the Kuratorium des Brasilien-Zentrums at the University of Tübingen.
