Joseph-Charles de Blezer was a French sculptor, born in Ghent, Belgium in 1860 and died in 1885. He was a student of Jean Baptiste Clésinger. He is known for his sculpture of John Brown, created in 1870. His works are held in various collections, including the National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution.
