Biography:

Juan Francisco Elso Padilla was a Cuban artist born in Havana, Cuba in 1956. He studied at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes ‘San Alejandro’ in Havana from 1972 to 1976 and at the Escuela Nacional de Arte in Havana from 1972 to 1976. He was also a teacher at the 20 de Octubre School of Arts during the 1970s and 1980s. He created art in various media, including drawing, painting, engraving, sculpture, and installation. He passed away in 1988.
