Biography:
Kang Seung-yoon, also known as Seungyoon or Yoon, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor, and leader of the boy band Winner. He gained recognition through the reality television singing contest Superstar K2 (2010) and signed with YG Entertainment in 2011. He made his solo debut in 2013 with the digital single 'It Rains' and as the leader of Winner in 2014. Kang has also ventured into acting, with his first lead role in the web series 'We Broke Up' (2015) earning him the 'Best Male Actor' award at the K-web Fest Awards. He has since starred in several television series, including 'Prison Playbook' (2017), 'Kairos' (2020), and 'Grid' (2022). Kang also served as the '122nd Masked King' on MBC's 'King of Mask Singer' under the alias 'Chow Yun-fat', achieving a record-breaking six consecutive wins.
