Biography:
K. Muraleedharan, también conocido como Kannoth Muraleedharan, es un político indio nacido en Thrissur, India en 1957. Es miembro del Congreso Nacional Indio y ha sido Ministro de Electricidad del Gobierno de Kerala entre 2004 y 2004. He has been elected to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament, four times, representing the constituencies of Kozhikode from 1989 to 1996, Vatakara from 1999 to 2004, and Idukki from 2019 to 2024. También ha sido Presidente del Comité de Congresos Kerala Pradesh entre 2001 y 2004 y Presidente del Comité de Campañas Electorales de KPCC entre 2018 y presente. Es el hijo de K. Karunakaran, ex Ministro Principal de Kerala.
