Biography:

Kinda Hibrawi is a Syrian-American artist, creative director, and co-founder of the Zeitouna Foundation. She was born in Aleppo, Syria, and grew up between Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, and the United States. Hibrawi's artwork is a passionate journey of femininity, spirituality, and cultural convergence. She is known for her modern abstract Arabic art, which has been exhibited both internationally and in the United States. Hibrawi's artwork has also been used to raise awareness about the Syrian conflict, including the Sarmin chemical attack. She is also an advocate for arts education for Syrian children at the Atmeh refugee camp.
