Klaus Behrla is a German IT entrepreneur and artist, born in Hückeswagen, Germany. He is the first chairman of the Willicher Kunstverein e.V. since February 2023 and has been a member of the council of the city of Willich since September 2020. Behrla is also an obmann in the Kulturausschuss, as well as a representative in the Wirtschaftsförderungsausschuss, Haupt- und Finanzausschuss, Planungsausschuss, and Vertreter im Willicher Kunstverein. He is known for his oil paintings and his role as a Kunstliebhaber. Behrla's art can be found in various exhibitions and museums, and he has received recognition for his work in the media. He is also a member of the BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN Willich.
