Lane Iyakitan (Yupik) was a Yup'ik artist from St. Lawrence Island, Alaska. He is known for his intricate ivory carvings and has been recognized as one of the most important artists in Alaskan Native art history. His work often depicts scenes from traditional Yup'ik life and culture, including hunting, fishing, and whaling. Iyakitan passed away in 2000.
