Laure Tixier is a French artist born in 1972 in Paris, France. She is known for her work in sculpture, installation, and textile art. Tixier's work often explores themes of nature, urbanization, and the relationship between humans and their environment. She has exhibited her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe and the Middle East, including at the MUDAM in Luxembourg and the Beirut Art Center in Lebanon. Tixier has also received several awards and grants for her work, including the Villa Medicis Hors Les Murs grant in 2006. She currently lives and works in Paris.
