Loredana Di Lillo is an Italian artist born in Gioia del Colle (BA) in 1979. She lives and works in Milan. Di Lillo's work often explores the past and the present, truth and fiction, the personal and the collective. She uses various languages in her art, including sculpture, as seen in her work 'Black and White Italian Flag'. Di Lillo has been the recipient of several awards, including the Premio Cairo, and has exhibited her work in galleries and museums in Italy and internationally. She is also known for her activism in feminist and left-wing causes.
