Luigi Miradori, also known as il Genovesino, was an Italian painter born in Genoa in 1598. He was a prominent figure in the Baroque period and was influenced by the works of Caravaggio. Miradori was known for his religious and mythological paintings, often characterized by dramatic lighting and intense emotional expressions. He died in 1649.
