Biography:

Maral Yusif gizi Rahmanzadeh was a renowned Azerbaijani graphic artist. She depicted the nature of her native country, daily life of oilmen, wartime efforts of Soviet women, Azerbaijan's culture, customs and traditions and other subjects. In addition, Maral illustrated many literary works, including 'Eugene Onegin' by Alexander Pushkin and 'A Hero of Our Time' by Mikhail Lermontov.
