Biography:
Marcelo Kuhlmann is a Brazilian biologist, botanist, and photographer. He was born in Brasília, Brazil in 1984. Marcelo holds a Ph.D. in Botany from the University of Brasília and has worked as a consultant for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Embrapa. His research focuses on plant-animal interactions, particularly on seed dispersal, pollination, and fruit attractiveness to fauna. Marcelo is also an author and has published several books on the topic of Cerrado flora and fauna. He is a specialist in the Cerrado biome and has worked extensively on projects related to conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.
