Biography:

Alex Mathew, also known as Dr. M. M. Alex, was an Indian actor and Human Life Scientist. He was born on May 25, 1959, in India and died on June 23, 2015, at the age of 56. He was known for his roles in blockbuster Malayalam films, including Rajavinte Makan (1986) and Thoovanathumbikal (1987). Alex had a successful career as an actor before turning to science. He produced over 220 documentaries and digitizations on various topics, including World Peace, Religion, Tourism, Health Systems, and Human Rights. He was also the founder of Vedik India Society and The Institute of Ancient Integrative Therapies Research. Alex served as a jury member for the National Film Awards and was honored with the 'Ambassador of Peace Award' by the Universal Peace Federation and the 'Samskrita Mitra' award by the Government of India. He was also the president of Samskrita Bharathi – Tamil Nadu.
