Myrto Stampoulou is a Greek painter born in Athens in 1975. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts and journalism at the Ergastiri School (Laboratory of Professional Journalism). In 2007, she completed her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) at the Glasgow School of Art, where she was awarded a full scholarship by the Scottish Arts Council.
