Noboru Hatakeyama

Biography:

Noboru Hatakeyama is a Japanese civil servant and former vice minister of MITI for international affairs. He has been engaged in industrial policy planning and practices. Hatakeyama is also the chairman and CEO of Jef, a federal company that provides information about Japan and arranges opportunities to exchange ideas among opinion leaders from many countries.
