Oh Yong-Kil is a North Korean football defender who played for North Korea in the 1966 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Pyongyang Sports Club. In addition to his football career, Oh Yong-Kil is also a painter. His works often depict ordinary landscapes of his surroundings. Oh Yong-Kil was born in Uiseong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Japanese Korea (today South Korea) in 1944.
