, also known as Ole Juul, was a Danish journalist, writer, and resistance fighter. He was born on October 10, 1918, in Kolding, Denmark, and died on April 17, 2009, in Randers, Denmark. Ole Valdemar Juul was a journalist for Roskilde Avis and Aalborg Stiftstidende from 1938 to 1943 and a landowner in Vejle.

Early Life and Career

Ole Valdemar Juul became involved in the Danish resistance movement during World War II and participated in sabotage activities and the transportation of Jews to Sweden. In 1943, he had to flee to Sweden. After the war, Ole Valdemar Juul became a writer and published several books, including 'De røde enge' and 'Det tossede paradis', which were both adapted into films.
