Biography:
Omar Galliani is an Italian artist born in Montecchio Emilia in 1954. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and has been a professor of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brera. Galliani is known for his hyperrealistic drawings and paintings, often using pastel as his medium. He has exhibited in numerous galleries and museums in Italy and internationally, and his works are part of important public and private collections. In 2020, he was one of the founders of the Empathic Movement in the South of Italy.
