Oskar Moreno was a Filipino actor who was active in the film industry from the 1940s to the 1970s. He was born on October 25, 1921, in Camalig, Albay, Philippines. He was known for his roles in films such as Sarawak (1954), Anak ng kidlat (1959), and Dugong Bughaw (1951). He was married to Sally Richardson and died on July 19, 2003, in Quezon City, Philippines. A European magazine described him as 'the Clark Gable of the Philippine'.
