P.S. Nandan, also known as Nandhan, is a modern artist and sculptor born in 1940 in Madhuranthakam, a small village in Tamil Nadu, India. He became a life member of Cholamandal Artists Village in Chennai and gained his diploma in painting from the Government College of Arts and Crafts, Madras. Nandan is known for his sculptures and paintings, which often depict abstract forms and shapes. He has exhibited his work in various galleries and museums, including the Cholamandal Artists’ Village and the Museum of Madras Movement. Nandan's sculpture 'The Shadow' was created in 2006 and is located in Cholamandal Artists’ Village Injambakkam, Chennai, India.
