Philip Edgerton, known by his alias RiiZe23, is a Texas-based artist specializing in digital art, 2D/3D digital painting, vector drawing, and dynamic painting. He draws on his experience of having ADHD which is expressed throughout his work. Born in New York City but grew up in Orlando, Florida, he has also lived in North Carolina, Georgia, and South Korea before eventually being brought back to Texas by the Army. His inspiration behind his work originates from his life experiences that include the early passing of his mother and father, and his ADHD that went undiagnosed for most of his life and how he was seen as an outcast due to it. His daughter who is also diagnosed with ADHD has been a great influence on his art. His work reflects how his mind, an ADHD mind, processes the emotions, feelings, and side effects of living with this state of mind.
