Ras Ishi Butcher, also known as Ras Ishi Ramsey, is a Barbadian painter born in 1960 in Barbados. He is a graduate of the Edna Manley School of Art in Jamaica and is heavily influenced by the Rastafari movement. His work bears resemblance to the paintings of Jean-Michel Basquiat and is frequently exhibited alongside that of Ras Akyem.
