Biography:

Reno Andam Suri is an Indonesian culinary expert, writer, and entrepreneur. She is a native Minangkabau woman and one of the pioneers of the rendang culinary business, which is packaged in a modern way under the Rendang Uni Farah label. Reno Andam Suri dreamed of promoting rendang to a wider audience by introducing vacuum-packed rendang suitable for air travel. She did not stop there, however. In 2012, she introduced a new product, The Rendang Traveler. Reno Andam Suri is also known for her book 'Rendang, Minang Legacy to the World' and for her work in food storytelling and promoting Sumatran cuisines. She is a speaker at the Ubud Food Festival and has been featured in various publications and media, including The Jakarta Post, The Foodie Magazine, and Goodreads.
