He is also recognized for his ability to combine masculine and feminine elements in his creations. In 2003, he moved to Paris, where he currently lives and works. In addition to his main line, Owens has a furniture line and a number of diffusion lines. He is also known for his collaborations with other artists, such as his wife Michèle Lamy and the Welsh drag artist Salvia.
