Samuel Buri is a Swiss artist whose art practice fuses his interest in the natural world with a Neo-Expressionist style. He was born in Switzerland in 1935. He is known for his 423 artworks, which have been exhibited and sold on artnet. He is also associated with the Pop Art movement and has worked in painting and lithography. He is a Commander of the French Legion of Honor, a Commander of Arts and Letters, Officer of the Palmes Académiques and a Commander of the National Order of Merit. Prizes stand as milestones marking his entire career: National Grand Prize of Architecture.
