Shao Fan is a Chinese artist born in 1964 in Beijing. He is known for his sculptures and paintings. He is one of the first Chinese artists to explore the boundaries between visual art and design. He was born into a renowned Beijing artist family and excelled in art, especially in painting. He has lived in Beijing ever since his youth, where he studied art. He is represented by Galerie Urs Meile.
