Thomas Bluget de Valdenuit, also known as Thomas Bludget de Valdenuit, was born in 1763 in Ricey-Bas, France. He was an officer of artillery and a business partner of Saint Memin. He often executed the drawings that were later engraved by Saint Memin. Their first advertisement for the 'celebrated Physiognotrace of Paris' was published in 1796. Thomas Bluget de Valdenuit died in 1846 in Ricey-Bas.
