Hsu Wei-ning, also known as Tiffany Ann Hsu, is a Taiwanese actress. She was born on August 7, 1984, in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Hsu began her career as a model and first came to attention for her supporting roles in the Taiwanese drama series It Started with a Kiss and its sequel They Kiss Again. She also worked as a VJ for MTV Taiwan. Hsu obtained her BFA in painting from National Hsinchu University of Education and moved to the United States, where she graduated with a M.A. in painting. She is known for her role in the television series The Victims' Game and Shards of Her.
