Biography:

Shu-Fen Tseng, also known as Tseng Shu-Fen, was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1973. She is a member of the Democratic Progressive Party and a member of the Legislative Yuan in Taiwan. She obtained her bachelor's degree in social development from Shih Hsin University. She is also known for her role in the television show Attention, Love! as Zhong Shao Xi.
