Biography:
Utagawa Kunitoshi was a Japanese artist who worked as part of the Utagawa School. He is known for his woodblock prints and paintings in the ukiyo-e style. Little is known about his life, but it is reported that his real name was Yamamura Kiyosuke. Some of his notable works include "Tokyo Famous Places: Ningyocho Street Suitengu Shrine" (1880) and other prints featuring landscapes, bijin-ga (beautiful women), and historical figures.
